Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the political campaign of Mr. Mohit Yadav (BJP Leader, Behror, Rajasthan) We appreciate your dedication and commitment to making a positive impact. Before you proceed with your application, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Educational Qualification : 12th & Above Command over Hindi and local language and/or English Genuine interest in social sector & contribution to society Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Volunteers must possess the necessary legal status to participate in political activities in the relevant jurisdiction.

Period of volunteering: 3-6 months depending upon various factors.

Volunteer Roles: Volunteers will be assigned various roles based on their skills, experience, and campaign needs. The specific tasks and responsibilities of each volunteer role will be communicated clearly before the assignment. Volunteers may be required to participate in training sessions or workshops related to their assigned roles. Volunteer may be asked to travel and in that case the travel & lodging expenses will be covered by campaign team.

Key Activities : Attend Programs with Mohit (Only for Alwar Candidates) Collect information like participants data Take images / videos of event Make report of activities on a daily basis Manage Social Media – post like, comment & share

Time Commitment: Volunteers are expected to commit a specific amount of time each week/month as mutually agreed upon with the campaign team. The campaign team appreciates volunteers who can commit for the entire campaign period, but shorter-term commitments can also be considered.

Confidentiality: Volunteers may have access to confidential campaign information, strategies, or data. By volunteering, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior authorization. Volunteers must respect the privacy and confidentiality of campaign staff, supporters, and other volunteers.

Code of Conduct: Volunteers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and treat all individuals with respect, regardless of their political affiliations. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the volunteer position. Campaign Materials and Intellectual Property: Any campaign materials provided to volunteers, including but not limited to logos, slogans, designs, or documents, are the intellectual property of the campaign and should not be used for personal purposes without prior written consent. Volunteers are not authorized to create or distribute campaign materials without explicit permission from the campaign team.

Liability: Volunteers understand that their participation in the campaign is voluntary and at their own risk. The campaign and its leadership will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from volunteer activities.

Termination: The central campaign team reserves the right to terminate the volunteer position at any time without cause or notice. Volunteers may also terminate their commitment by providing reasonable notice to the campaign team with a time period of minimum 15 days. By proceeding with your application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above terms and conditions. You agree to abide by them and recognize that any violation may result in the termination of your volunteer position.
